Oh boy, oh boy!!

Today was the big day. Deanna and I arrived at the hospital early this morning. She was rolled into the operating room and it seemed, within a matter of minutes, we were the proud parents of twin boys. Fausto Stefano was born first at 9:34, weighing in at 6 lb. 3 oz. Marcello Lorenzo was born one minute later at 9:35, weighing in at 6lb. 12 oz.

We are ecstatic. Deanna is still recovering. The twins are doing what newborns are expected to do (eat and poop). Alessio is adjusting from being an only child to being a big brother. And I am enjoying being a father of 3... as an added bonus I get more material to video edit.

The final countdown

We only have a week to go! If everything goes according to plan then the Babies should be born on May 27th. I thought it would be a good time to take a look back at Deanna's progress over the last ~9 months.

It's Potty Time

Alessio has made great strides this year. He has not only moved out of the nursery but into a big boy's bed. We are very proud of him. Now the next logical step (and pre-school requirement) is to get potty trained.
We have lured him into the bathroom with books and toy dinosaurs. For the most part, this generates some great quality time but no real results.
Now our next step is to put him in underwear. The only problem is that he does not know which head to cover. But I am sure we will get there.

comedy short

I am honored that after all these years I am still asked to come back and perform in an original S.J. DeLuise production. This is a nice little comedy with a great twist. It was all done in Italian. I hope you enjoy it.

Dabble in Photography

I like to stimulate Alessio’s creativity. Deanna was out last night. Just me and the boy. How do you keep him active, you may ask. Simple, give him Deanna’s camera and let him explore.

The count

So what if most kids count in order or even the special kids that can count by 2's. It takes a very special two and a half year old like Alessio to count by random numbers.
Note: All the cars have to be facing the right direction.
